Commonwealth Network	They are paying $1 for every 1000 (CPM) ad-views.	Display an advertiser's banner at the top of your webpage. Banner comes from Common- wealth's server. Only 5-10% of the banners displayed will carry paid advertising. No good for smaller sites
Narrowcast- Media	They promises 3/4 of a cent per view	Only for select sites that meet its demographic criteria. Also offers link exchange and broker programs.
Internet- Banner- Network	IBN pays $2.50 for every 1,000 times paid advertising banners are seen by visitors of your site.	Your site's monthly activity must be 4,000 or more impressions per month as well as producing a minimum of a 1.50% click-Thru-Rate (CTR)
ValueClick	They pay you on a per-click-through basis for banner advertising on your website. Right now they are paying 5 cents per unique click-through.	Your site needs to have no less than 1,000 visitors per month to cary ValueClick ads.
electronic- Ads (eAds)	Web sites are paid $.05 per click through.	You get to choose which ads you want to display so that if you have a music site you can display a music banner or a book site can display a book store banner. etc etc
@DVenture	They pay per click-through	you can place more that one of their advertisers on your site, as many as five.

DoubleClick	Payment is made only when ads are displayed. If no paid ad is displayed, and reciprocated link is shown. Payment will be made per exposure.	Display advertiser's banners on your site. Banner is generated by Double Click's server. Minimum of 1,000,000 impressions per month is available to receive DoubleClick ad banners. They also offer a "cost-per-action" pricing model. The criteria for that is at least 500,000 impressions per month.
Ad-Up	Commissions rates vary from 25% to 60% depending on traffic. Their ad prices range from $20 CPM up to $45 CPM, with click-thru rates bring even higher earnings.	They pay sites a direct commission on all paid ads displayed on their site.
AdXchange	Very cheap rate for advertising your site. They also pay a quarter of 1 cent for each time a visitor views one of their paid banner on your site.	You can also earn credit for your sites free advertisements. All sites qualify, no matter how many visitors you get.

Virtual Billboard Network	They Seeks $0.60 to $1.00 per click- through from advertisers. promises 30% of click-through receipts to web sites (45% of receipts above $5,000).	Primarily oriented to Canadian sites and advertisers. The company stopped using auto-rotating ads with a Java applet on 8/14/97; now they use some kind of CGI-based ad rotation system.
NetRadio	They promise 5 cents per click-through to the NetRadio home page. (http://www.netradio.net)	Just place a banner on your site.
SAFE Audit	SAFE plans to allow advertising based on impressions, click-throughs, or transactions (commission-based).	This London (UK) based company lets you choose which banners to display As of 7/19/97, there were only seven advertisers (some offering several different banners), including both click- through and commission-based.
BigBang Media	They pay you 1 cent per impression and 5 cents per click through and $1.00 for members join through your ad.	You can not check your account. But they do pay for you.
The Alps	They are currently offering 12 cents per click-through!	The Alps is a new click-thru advertising site. They accept sites of all sizes and descriptions - so anybody can join and start making money.
CD Enterprises	CD Enterprises is offering an incredible 20-25 cents per click through!	The banners you host are rotated automatically. The company only accepts sites which receive more than 150 visitors each day, but pays the best per-click-through rates that you can think of!
Memory Net	It is various, visit them to get exact numbers.	Memory net has an unusual combination of click-through, impression, and commission based systems in one.
